So, now this exists.
I wanted to write my Pokemon fanchar Phaedra kicking some rich people's asses, and in my head, where are all the rich people? Why, Ouran Academy, of course! :DDD ...*pulls hood over face and cowers in embarrassment*

If the spectators were hoping to tell Hikaru and Kaoru apart by their Pokemon, they were quickly disappointed. One had a Slurpuff and one had an Aromatisse, true, but the twins switched off commanding them so often that it was impossible to tell which was the original trainer for either one. The 'confuse the hell out of the opposing trainer' approach had won them their share of battles - and only served to increase their popularity, judging by their sizable cheering section, Haruhi observed.
Their opponent seemed neither charmed nor confused. Her eyes remained locked on the swift movements of her Venipede as it danced between the two fairy-types, keeping them both occupied and away from her paralyzed Espurr. Haruhi wasn't exactly rooting for her - Hikaru would be terribly hurt if she did that - but she couldn't help but think the match unbalanced. If the Venipede was at least a Whirlipede, it might not seem so unfair...
"Commoners shouldn't pick fights with Ouran's best assault team," Hikaru sneered, and simple trash talk or not, Haruhi felt a sudden urge to smack him one. I've changed my mind. Now I really am rooting for her.
At a command in stereo, the two fairy-types converged on Venipede, ready to deal the finishing blow - "Now!" called the opposing trainer, and Venipede blurred out of existence, leaving Slurpuff and Aromatisse to smack into the ground and each other.
"Was that Double Team?" Kaoru burst out, looking less than confident for the first time since the match had begun.
"Espurr, Psybeam," ordered the stranger, and Espurr twitched, shivered - and flicked its ears straight up.
"Oh, crap," muttered Hikaru, as the wave of psychic energy hit.
When Haruhi's vision cleared, Slurpuff was down, Aromatisse wasn't - and Kaoru signaled his concession. Beside Haruhi, Kyouya huffed quietly, and Haruhi thought she understood why. The twins' strength was also their weakness. For Kaoru, battling alone would have been like battling on one leg. He had no choice, though Hikaru wasn't happy about it.
The stranger calmly recalled her Espurr, and allowed her Venipede to crawl up her arm. With the victorious poison Pokemon perched on her shoulder, she addressed the small crowd of spectators. "My name is Phaedra! If any of you want to battle me, I'll be ready for you."
Kyouya flung up an arm, straight out; Haruhi understood when Tamaki smacked right into it. "Kyouya, move aside!" Tamaki commanded, though it was hard to sound commanding when he was flailing so much. "I have to avenge the honor of-"
"Our club?" Kyouya interrupted. "The Host Club shouldn't be engaging in anything so violent as battling in the first place. I only allowed it in Hikaru and Kaoru's case because I can't stop them."
"Then you can't stop me either! I'll-! Hey, you!" Nearby, Phaedra paused, water bottle halfway to her Venipede's probiscis. "You and I are going to settle the score!"
"No, you won't," Kyouya assured her politely.
"So be ready!"
"Don't trouble yourself."
"I'm going to restore the glorious name of the Ouran Pokemon Academy Host Club!"
"It's not very likely."
Phaedra started to laugh. "Okay, okay. If you ever sort it out, let me know." She offered the bottle to her Pokemon again, chuckling. "Rich people, I swear."
Haruhi muffled a laugh behind her hand, effectively taking the wind out of Tamaki's sails faster than Kyouya could. Okay, I like her.
