Pursuant to that last post...

We've officially got Optimus Prime on the team now, and tbf he's a bit preoccupied what with the Allspark and Megatron and all, but he has yet to acknowledge the POV character's presence. I don't know if the writers think Optimus is just too cool to sound surprised or what, but I might just quietly write in a moment where Optimus pauses, blinks, then points up at in-game me + Teletraan X and goes "how long has THAT been up there!!???"
