that moment when you can never look at something from your formative years the same way again

Caught a brief snip of TF:TM in an AMV, and...

Fact 1: In a scene that always kinda bothered me, Hot Rod lassos Grimlock and drags him aboard the Autobots' ill-fated shuttle.

Fact 2: Grimlock's supposed to be a Mighty Powerhouse, pretty much equal to Optimus Prime in raw strength. It seems unlikely that Hot Rod could physically drag Grimlock anywhere he didn't want to go.

Conclusion: I think this is just something Grimlock is into???
