Since OBW is reaching its Climax Arc, I've been shuffling through my rotating cast of WIPs trying to decide what to focus on next. This is mostly me organizing my thoughts, but y'know, feel free to go :D at me if something piques your interest.

Time Travel Hot Rod - for some reason, Hot Rod/Rodimus gets flung back in time into his old body just before the battle for Autobot City. He succeeds in making sure Optimus doesn't die (possibly after several tries, if this is a timeloop situation), but changing the past doesn't necessarily mean saving it...
BW/G1 crossover - basically a ground-up rewrite of Beast Wars, with new characters added in, wherein the Warsians are somewhat unmoored in time and can find themselves battling it out anywhen in Earth's history - including the bits where the G1 crew is active on Earth, which is what BW!Megatron is gunning for.
Kingdom Hearts: Metal Heart - i attempted this as a comic aaaaaaaages ago, before my drawing brain up and died. Still think I had a cool concept to play around with.
Gladiator!Optimus - honestly this is kind of spitefic >_> but I hate how Megatron & Optimus's IDW origins are now G1 gospel, so this is going to be basically 'here is ANOTHER possible backstory that gets them into the G1 status quo.' Basically Optimus is a gladiator who hates every second of it, until his constrained world starts to break open thanks to Megatron - built to be a king, but a controllable one; unfortunately for his builders he is a history/mythology nerd and finds, idk, a Magical Artifact or some such thing and seizes power for himself.

Costumed Superhero Sephiroth - a chance encounter with a god and an unplanned flight over the wastelands surrounding Midgar install a sense of eco-consciousness in Seph. So he decides to fight back! By... dressing up in sparkly tights and a domino mask and declaiming all over the city that he is a Soldier for Justice! There is no way this could possibly go wrong! :DDD
FF7R/TMNT - the OG timeline goes COMPLETELY off the rails when a tiny Aeris meets and befriends a fearsome foursome of tiny mutants! When they reconnect after Aeris gets yoten into the sewers by Don Corneo, the gears of history start to turn for everybody. Honestly I have NO idea where I'm going with this, least of all how I'm going to fit Shredder in. It's mostly a series of cute mental images for the moment.
Shiva!Cloud - an apocalypse-averted fic with Cloud and several OCs turning out to be the living incarnations of summons/deities. I've actually been writing this in chunks for my wife, but idk if or when it'll be worked into something postable.
Adopted!Seph - again, mostly a series of cute mental images, but a young Sephiroth has adventures and faces down his quite literal inner demons with the help of one of the most powerful forces on the planet: an actual loving family.
Werewolf!Zack AU - one of the ficbits that stuck around in my head after this year's 3SF wound down. A Zack-lives-sort-of AU, Cloud hasn't lost his memories, and Aeris gets alllll the wolfy hugs.

Postgame fic - specifically springboarding off the speedrun. Link's a Wild Man of the Woods, Zelda has serious issues to untangle, and Ganon's Malice isn't gone from the world just yet.
Werewolf!Link AU - another 3SF idea. Idk, there's no plot, I just like the idea of Link running around on four pawswithout an imp insulting him the whole time.
Werewolf!Zelda AU - because why should Link have all the fun? :D
This isn't counting the various one-shots and originalfic ideas I've got floating around, or the various collaborations-with-wife that may or may not see the light of day at some point.
